Jen Kramer - Chicago Executive Elevating Hospitality Management
Chicago resident Jen Kramer has more than 25 years of experience with high-profile events, hospitality programs, and corporate events for Fortune 500 companies. She has a reputation in the hospitality and event management sector as a thorough and dedicated professional. She builds relationships with executives from the private sector, community leaders, and government officials. Throughout her work in Chicago, Jen Kramer has managed high-profile international visits for notable leaders, including President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush, and Chinese President Hu Jintao. She has also organized events for more than 100 companies, including Disney, Budweiser, Nike, and Red Bull.
From 2022 to 2025, Ms. Kramer served as sales manager at Access DMC, a destination management company with locations across the United States. She oversaw sales efforts and managed hotel partnerships aligned with key deliverables. She also led the creative and events department. In that role, she oversaw quality assurance across service delivery and operational processes, aligning them with organizational objectives, particularly revenue and gross profit.
